Don't forget to check out my gallery [link]  Really love what you've done here, the makeup and cold tones work well together. Maybe turning the contrast up juuuust a bit would have added some drama, or perhaps maybe a grunged frame to pull the eyecolor to the foreground. But as it is, a beautiful shot!
